DESCRIPTION
EndurOmega is rich in the two well-known, highly researched omega-3 essential fatty acids, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), that provide a wide range of extraordinary benefits for athletic performance and overall health. Additionally, EndurOmega also contains DPA (docosapentaenoic acid), an intermediate fatty acid between EPA and DHA, not often found in other fish oil supplements. DPA helps increase blood concentrations of both EPA and DHA (primarily EPA), while providing its own unique benefits, especially for heart, skeletal muscle, and kidney tissue health.
"Essential" not only describes what omega-3 fatty acids are, but even more so emphasizes just how important they are for EVERY single person, EVERY single day. We all need more omega-3's in our diet, fish being the ideal source of these essential fatty acids. However, consuming sufficient amounts of high-quality fish on a regular basis is not only a difficult task to fulfill (if it can be at all), it's expensive as well. That's why adding EndurOmega to your daily supplement regimen is more than just a good idea, it's essential!
EndurOmega is derived from molecularly distilled and deodorized Atlantic menhaden, regularly tested via third-party, independent laboratories for potency and purity, using AOAC international protocols and ICP-MS testing methods. EndurOmega meets the strict standards set by the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) for heavy metals (< 0.1 ppm), dioxins (< 2 ppt), dioxin-like PCBs (< 3 ppt), and PCBs (< 90 ppm).
Athletic performance - The fish oil in EndurOmega greatly enhances endurance because it increases the absorption rate of the fat-soluble nutrients Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) and idebenone, the two key substrates in Race Caps Supreme that are intimately involved in energy production. In addition, the essential fatty acids found in EndurOmega support improved lung function (including alleviating asthma symptoms) and the utilization of oxygen, both highly desirable benefits for enhanced athletic performance. Omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil have also been shown to provide impressive anti-inflammatory benefits, which definitely helps with recovery between tough workouts and races.
General health - Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
Research suggests that fish oil may have a positive influence on brain function and mood in dealing with anxiety, insomnia, mental fatigue, stress, and more. Fish is beneficial for your eyes as well. Helping maintain healthy skin and bones are additional benefits attributed to fish oil. Omega-3 fatty acids may also play an important role in metabolism regulation and weight management.

NUTRITION FACTS
The effects and benefits of omega-3 fatty acids
Omega-3 fatty acids are needed almost everywhere in the organism, so that the tasks of the omega-3 fatty acids in the body alone show how they work and what we can expect from a good omega-3 supply. Omega-3 fatty acids are involved in the following tasks and functions:
- involved in the production of hormones (1)
- in the regulation of blood lipid levels (cholesterol and triglycerides) (2,3)
- in protein synthesis (4)
- in cell metabolism and the structure of cell membranes (5)
- on the supply of the joints with lubricant
- in avoiding chronic inflammatory processes (6)
- in supplying skin and hair with moisture and elasticity (7)
- in the formation of the body's own defense cells (8)
- on protection against infectious diseases (9)
