Hammer Nutrition EndurOmega contains 300 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA, the desired omega-3 fatty acids, as well as 30 mg DPA, a fatty acid not often found in other fish oils.
Our bodies cannot produce omega-3 or omega-6 fatty acids; we must obtain them from food sources. Food sources include salmon, mackerel, sardines and avocado. With today's diet, many people no longer manage to get enough fatty acids and, above all, not in the right proportions. Various studies show an optimal ratio of 1:3 omega 3 to omega 6, whereas with the modern diet we tend towards a ratio of 1:20. (Highly dependent on the diet of each individual)
In addition to its many health benefits, EndurOmega also improves the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients.
Origin
EndurOmega is made from menhaden fish oil (not salmon, which is often contaminated with mercury and other pollutants).
EndurOmega contains highly purified, molecularly distilled and deodorised omega-3 fatty acids from anchovies, sardines and mackerel. It is a rich source of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid).
EndurOmega is produced by Marine Ingredients AS, a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) registered facility. Each batch of EndurOmega is tested by Eurofins for purity and potency. EndurOmega meets or exceeds all national and international standards for purity and potency from the following organisations and experts: 3Care Therapeutics, CRN1, GOED2, IFOS3, WHO4, PROP 655, EP6.

Glucosamine sulfate helps promote the elasticity of joint movement and is anti-inflammatory.
Chondroitin sulfate is a natural component of various types of tissue in the body. Like glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate is one of the key building blocks for repairing cartilage damage. One of the most important functions of chondroitin sulfate is its ability to block the activity of enzymes that cause cartilage damage. This reduces inflammation and protects the cartilage from further damage. Chondroitin sulfate also promotes lubrication and cushioning in the joints.
