Caffeine, carbohydrates, and hydration. The DRINK MIX 320 CAF 100 has it all - without any added acids, colors or flavors. By using hydrogel technology, it is easier to digest than ever before and without the bitter taste that caffeine normally brings with it.

The DRINK MIX 320 CAF 100 contains 100 mg of caffeine.

WHY CAFFEINE?
Caffeine has been shown to increase alertness and reduce perceived stress. These properties can be beneficial for athletic performance. Use DRINK MIX 320 CAF 100 - alone or with other caffeine sources - to increase your caffeine level.

ENERGY CONTENT
Studies show that our body can use up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. One bag of DRINK MIX 320 CAF 100, mixed with 500 ml of water, contains 80 grams of carbohydrates.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Mixed with water, DRINK MIX 320 CAF 100 is a sports drink based on hydrogel with high concentrations of carbohydrates and caffeine. The drink immediately converts to hydrogel on contact with stomach acid. Hydrogel enables the drink to be transported smoothly to the intestines, where the ingredients water, carbohydrates, caffeine and salt are effectively absorbed.

APPLICATION
Mix the contents of each individual sachet in 500 ml of water and shake until the powder has dissolved (30 - 60 s). The product is suitable for water that contains less than 100 mg / L calcium. Note: The correct functioning depends on this ratio. Consume within 24 hours.
