B vitamins are important regulators and activators of the metabolism. Biotin, for example, contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients (fats, proteins, carbohydrates). Certain B vitamins, which act synergistically in the complex, are also involved in haematopoiesis and the supply of the nervous system. Pure Encapsulations B-Complex Plus combines all eight B vitamins - ideally dosed for increased requirements or when dietary intake is too low.
