Omega-3 fatty acids for a healthy cardiovascular system
Due to misalignments in our diet (too little fatty sea fish, excessive consumption of trans fats, hydrogenated oils, animal fats), the intake of fish oils has enormous and versatile positive effects on the general state of health.

EPA/DHA essentials 1000 mg contains the standardised omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). They belong to the polyunsaturated fatty acids. The essential fatty acids therefore have heart-protective properties and contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Omega-3 fatty acids are also important building blocks of myelin sheaths.
