USE BENEFITS

One of the main causes of fatigue during exercise is depleting carbohydrate stores. Consuming additional carbohydrates during exercise can improve performance and race times, and delay the onset of fatigue. The isotonic formula allows the gel to be emptied quickly from the stomach as there is no need to draw liquid into the stomach to dilute the gel and thus gain energy quickly. SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gels are extremely convenient and easy to transport

RECOMMENDED USE

Consume 1-3 gels per hour to provide approximately 60g of carbs and maximize carb utilization. If hydration is also important, the SiS GO Isotonic Gel can also be consumed with SiS GO Hydro or SiS GO Electrolyte to provide a combination of energy and hydration during exercise. Simply tear off the top of the packaging and consume the gel - no need to drink water.
