The SIS GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel is based on the proven principles of the SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gel, the world's first and true isotonic energy gel. Not only does the gel provide a quick supply of easy-to-digest carbohydrates (22g) for the energy boost, but it also provides 118mg sodium, 9.5mg potassium and 1.5mg magnesium per gel.
